Baby Schillace's Newborn Session - San Francisco Bay Area Family Photographer

This session was a VERY special one for Delumpa Photography, since it really portrays a core value of our photography - "let's grow together."  We've been blessed to meet Joe & Jo Anna last year March 2011 for an initial wedding consult, and off the bat we hit it off.  We've since then shot their engagement session April 2011, their wedding June 2011, their maternity session this past March, and now Baby A's newborn session this past April.  Having to have been there for the special moments in Joe & Jo Anna's lives have been a blessing and a huge undertaking, and we're very fortunate and grateful that they've trusted us to do so.  We have nothing but love for this family of 3, as we're watching them "grow together" in front of our lenses and our very own eyes.

Jason's Portrait Session | San Francisco Bay Area Portrait Photographer

My younger brother, Jason, had asked me to take a few photos of him for his professional website, and I happily obliged.  I took some standard portrait shots for his site, but I also wanted to implement some posing and practiced lighting (I only brought one light stand with me but 2 flashes, go figure), so here are those shots below.  In all, I had a great time doing this for him, and I'm sure it gave him some insight on why older brother does what he does.

Rachel & Kenny's Wedding | San Francisco Bay Area Wedding Photographer

Rachel & Kenny got married at the elegant and beautiful San Francisco City Hall in an intimate civil ceremony surrounded by close friends and family.  We often get comments from friends about how breathtaking City Hall is with its intricate marble and stone architecture, which served as the perfect backdrop for Rachel & Kenny's wedding day.

Here are some of their photos from their big day.  They just recently welcomed the newest addition to their family, so life is going great for the new family of three. :)

Mason-Olsen Family Session | San Francisco Bay Area Family Photographer

We traveled to Fairfield to Candice's mom's place - she had a beautiful backyard, definitely a labor of love, and the backdrop of their family session.  When we do our family sessions, we always ask our families about places they like to hang out at and often choose those places for the session.  The backyard is this family's main get-together spot - just combine that with love, silliness, and the cutest toddler, and BAM - you have the Mason-Olsen family photos!

We were fortunate to capture the Mason family last year when Owen was about 6 months old.  When we did this session, he went from barely sitting to running around like crazy!

Jessica & Joe's Engagement Session | San Francisco Bay Area Engagement Photographer

We met Jessica at her brother's wedding last year where she was a bridesmaid, and so when she hired us to shoot her wedding (which happens to be today), we were honored!  

Their engagement session first takes us to Treasure Island, a former military base - known for its view of San Francisco across the water.  The whole time we were doing their session, we'd catch glimpses of their silliness, well, more like Joe's priceless attempts at making Jessica laugh which would be followed by a few giggles on Jessica's part.  We even got to see them compete at a friendly game of bowling!
